Shipping policy

Please see our FAQ page for details about processing times and shipping. We are committed to shipping on time or early. 

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or other common ground shipping methods. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for order delivery. Most shipments arrive on time, but we cannot guarantee shipping speed and carrier delays are possible.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered, we do not assume responsibility for stolen or missing parcels. In the rare case a package is missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate the order. 

All shipments will be sent without a signature requirement unless specifically requested. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please leave us a note in the comment section at checkout or send us a message before you order ships.
